The envisioned collaboration can mark a milestone for the region, combining GreenMobility’s established ride-share network with Tensor’s pioneering Agentic AI technology to redefine human mobility with earth’s first fully autonomous vehicle for personal ownership
COPENHAGEN, Denmark November 21, 2025 - Tensor, a leader in autonomous and agentic AI vehicles headquartered in San Jose, California, and GreenMobility A/S (NASDAQ OMX: GREENM), Scandinavia's largest EV car-sharing operator, today announced that the two companies have entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) to explore a potential strategic collaboration.
As part of this exploration, the parties are discussing the future purchase and deployment of up to 2,000 Tensor Robocars in Denmark, with an initial rollout envisioned to begin in Copenhagen. The potential collaboration positions both companies - and Denmark itself - as front-runners in sustainable, autonomous transportation, marking Tensor’s entrance into the European market as the first L4 personal autonomous vehicle with dual-mode technology, redefining human mobility through choice, privacy, and true ownership of their own AI.
Building Europe’s First Autonomous Mobility Network
This partnership could introduce a new chapter for large scale deployment of fully autonomous and agentic vehicles in Denmark and Europe. The Tensor Robocars are designed from the ground up for Level-4 fully autonomous capabilities, while maintaining capability of manual driving, putting the ultimate control in people’s hands at all times.
“This partnership marks an important milestone for GreenMobility as we prepare for the next evolution of urban transport,” said Kasper Gjedsted, CEO of GreenMobility. “By partnering with Tensor, we're securing early access to one of the world’s most advanced autonomous vehicles in a global market where autonomous vehicles are in high demand. We’re proud to have the opportunity to serve as Tensor’s launch customer in Europe and to bring this innovation to our thousands of users in Denmark.”
Introducing the Tensor Robocar
Tensor’s Robocar is the world’s first autonomous vehicle for private ownership. A category-defining product - built from the ground up for operation-light Level 4 autonomy - Tensor has self-reliant capabilities including autonomous sensor cleaning, parking, charging, and maintenance. Powered by Tensor’s proprietary AI Foundation Models and more than 100 onboard sensors - including 37 cameras, 5 lidars, and 11 radars - the Robocar is engineered for full-stack redundancy, safety, and reliability. It is designed to meet the highest automotive standards, such as the Euro NCAP 5-Star, FMVSS, and others.
“This partnership with GreenMobility A/S is an important moment for Tensor and for the future of urban mobility.” Said Jay Xiao, CEO of Tensor. “We are deeply committed to supporting GreenMobility and Denmark on their quest to achieve a fully autonomous future. This first step is a significant one: a groundbreaking first step of a collaboration that can introduce a new era where frontier AI fundamentally transforms the way we move in the physical world.”
The Tensor Robocar is more than autonomous—it’s the world’s first AI agentic car. Far beyond a basic voice assistant, the Tensor agentic AI is built on a state-of-the-art multimodal Large Language Model (LLM), embedded within an agentic framework that brings the entire vehicle to life. Purpose-built for SAE Level 4 autonomy, Tensor can operate entirely without driver input under defined conditions or allow the owner to take control via dual avenue mobility with its foldable steering wheel. Every element—from its chassis, electrical architecture to its precision sensor-cleaning systems —has been meticulously and holistically engineered. This seamless integration of hardware and intelligence sets a new benchmark for automotive-grade autonomy—delivering maximum capability with zero compromise.
Tensor’s Robocars are scheduled for delivery by the end of 2026, launching in select global markets across Europe, the U.S. and the UAE.
