This guide is intended to be used by trained first responders and assumes a professional-level background in safely responding to emergencies, including those involving damaged vehicles.

The document details how to communicate with the Tensor team through an urgent contact line and non-urgent email. It also provides procedures for interacting with RoboCars during incidents and emergency scenarios, including responses to emergency vehicles, post-collision protocols, immobilizing the vehicle, disengaging autonomous mode, turning off the engine, opening the trunk, and towing. Additionally, the guide includes a base vehicle safety emergency response section covering procedures to disable 12V and high voltage power, extrication considerations, and fire response.
