We’re seeking talented and self-motivated software engineers to join our perception team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performance analysis and optimization of the autonomous driving perception system's onboard modules, ensuring stable system operation.
  • Participate in the localization and analysis of issues encountered during road testing of the autonomous driving perception system, and assist in resolving various problems during the testing phase.
  • Participate in cross-platform porting of the autonomous driving perception system, ensuring efficient, stable, and reliable operation of the perception pipeline across different platforms.
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of internal self-developed profiling tools, continuously optimizing and enhancing the overall performance of the perception scheduling framework.
  • Collaborate closely with surrounding teams (such as multi-sensor, data simulation, etc.) to improve the reliable integration, adaptation, and functional interface of multi-sensor data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with more than three years of experience in autonomous driving or related industries.
  • Familiar with the Linux development environment, proficient in C/C++ and Python, with extensive experience in system development and design.
  • Familiar with one or more open-source autonomous driving frameworks, such as Apollo or Autoware, with relevant development experience.
  • Proficient in using performance tuning tools (e.g., perf, valgrind) and understanding the principles behind these tools.
  • Familiar with GPU architecture and CUDA programming, with experience in performance optimization of CUDA code based on Nsight.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively organizing and coordinating surrounding teams to advance and implement solutions.

Preferences

  • A deep understanding of the overall architecture of autonomous driving systems, with familiarity in the basic principles of perception systems.
  • Familiar with Nvidia Xavier/Orin chip architecture, with related software project development experience.
  • Basic knowledge of AI model training, deployment, and inference processes.
