Today, we are announcing a milestone in our global scaling strategy: a multi-year strategic partnership with Marti Technologies (NYSE American: MRT), Türkiye’s leading mobility super app.

Through this collaboration, Marti will purchase and deploy Tensor Robocars directly into its extensive ride-hailing network. This integration will allow 7.8 million consumers across 20 major Turkish cities to hail a driverless vehicle right from the Marti app.

Accelerating Global Momentum

This partnership expands Tensor’s rapidly growing global network of fleet and robotaxi collaborations. It builds directly on our previously announced milestone agreements aimed at putting autonomous fleets on the road worldwide, including:

• Lyft (USA): A groundbreaking dual-fleet strategy featuring a deep tech integration that makes the Tensor Robocar the first personally owned AV to roll off the line "Lyft-ready" straight from the factory—allowing private owners to seamlessly monetize their idle cars on the network—alongside a planned fleet purchase of hundreds of Robocars directly by Lyft.

• GreenMobility (Denmark): A strategic partnership to purchase and deploy of up to 2,000 dual-mode Tensor Robocars to launch Scandinavia's first large-scale, self-driving car-sharing fleet, starting in Copenhagen.
